Paul Jr. eventually took over as sole proprietor more than two decades ago, continuing the family tradition while bringing the craft into the modern era. Now, mentoring his nephew Max in the art of shoe repair and leather restoration, Central Shoe Service continues to be a leader in expert workmanship.
