I took my leather heel boots in today and the owner said they were closing but he could fix the bottom of my heels in 10min. I was super excited because I planned on wearing them that night. He was very nice and he placed a rubber (not plastic) part on the bottom of my heels. Now I can walk and not worry about it cracking again.
